But once she realises you’re friendly and she’s safe, she will happily shower you with kisses, cuddles and all the love she can possibly give. Pheme is crate trained and is toilet trained while in her crate. When she’s out and about, she can still have the occasional little accident and is learning to let her humans know when she needs to go. She’s still a puppy, after all! She is good with other dogs and loves having canine friends around to play with. She is still quite nervous in the car and does get a little carsick, so this is something her new family will need to be patient with as she builds her confidence Pheme currently lives with a cat and, with some redirecting, she can happily ignore him. She is still very curious though and sometimes thinks he would make a fantastic new playmate! A confident cat who isn’t afraid to set some puppy boundaries would probably be the best match for her. She is still a very energetic and bubbly puppy, which means she also comes with the usual puppy package — sharp little claws, a very enthusiastic mouth and a tendency to jump up when she gets excited! She’ll need a family who understands that these things are all part of growing up and is willing to continue helping her learn her manners. As you’ll see in some of her photos, Pheme’s legs are a little wonky. The good news is that she is pain-free and completely unbothered by them. Her future family will need to keep an eye on them as she grows and follow veterinary advice if needed. Pheme has been through more than any puppy should have to, and seeing her discover how much fun life can be is incredibly special. She is learning that people can be kind, that she is safe, and that she is very, very loved.
