He was sadly abandoned and arrived at the pound very underweight, but he’s now ready to find the loving forever home he truly deserves. Understandably, Jibble has developed a serious appreciation for food! He’s very food-motivated, which is fantastic for training and rewarding good behaviour. Jibble has been an absolute star living with primary school-aged children and has been great with the large resident dog in his foster home. When he meets new dogs out on walks, he can get a little overexcited, but during his time in care, he has been nothing but friendly. With thoughtful introductions and continued guidance, he’ll have the best chance of making new doggy friends. One of Jibble’s best qualities is how nicely he walks on lead. He’s generally a gentle boy, although he may occasionally jump up for a cuddle when he’s feeling particularly desperate for some love. Can you blame him? After everything he’s been through, he’s ready to soak up all the affection he can get! His favourite things include a good belly rub, a proper head scratch, spending time with his people and, of course, food. Jibble could happily join an active family who wants a companion for adventures, but he’s not asking for a marathon every morning either! He’d also be content with a daily stroll followed by relaxing at home with his favourite humans. What matters most is being included in family life and knowing he’s finally home.
